In celebration of its milestone year, Conrad Manila presents a limited-time anniversary buffet at Brasserie on 3, featuring ten of the restaurant’s most iconic dishes since its opening. Each dish is thoughtfully reimagined by Executive Chef Nicolas De Visch and showcased as a signature highlight within a vibrant spread of international and local cuisines, reflecting a decade of memorable dining.
The iconic dishes include lechon, prime rib, oxtail kare-kare, beef bulalo, and sustainable tuna at the live station, among others.
