Sunsets, Seafood & Celebration: Rediscovering Seascape Village

Team OrangeBy Team OrangeFebruary 27, 2026Updated:February 27, 20262 Comments3 Mins Read

If you’re looking for an island-feels celebration right in the metro, Seascape Village is truly a must-visit.

We used to dine here years ago, and coming back recently felt like revisiting a beautiful memory. The sea breeze, the sound of the waves, and the relaxing view of Manila Bay instantly gave us that “vacation mode” vibe. But what surprised me the most? It’s so much better now.

Seascape Village isn’t just about seafood dining anymore — it has evolved into a complete lifestyle and leisure destination perfect for families and barkada who love to eat and chill.

One of the newest highlights is their Daily Band performances. Imagine enjoying fresh seafood while listening to live music — it elevates the whole dining experience. Whether it’s acoustic, pop, or classic OPM hits, the vibe becomes more festive and laid-back at the same time.

They also now have a Pickleball Court, which is perfect for active friends and families. It’s a fun and beginner-friendly sport that both kids and adults can enjoy. It adds a playful energy to the area, especially during late afternoons.

For families with kids, the Puttzone Kidzone is a great addition. It’s a mini-golf style play area where children can safely enjoy and stay entertained while adults relax nearby. Meanwhile, the Player Zone offers arcade-style entertainment and interactive games — a big hit for teenagers and even the young at heart.

Before heading to our chosen restaurant, we first stopped by Gracie’s seafood market inside Seascape. The seafood selection was impressively fresh — from crabs to prawns and shellfish — and surprisingly more affordable than we expected. The staff were friendly and accommodating, helping us choose the best picks for paluto. It already felt like we were in a coastal province market, but without leaving Metro Manila.

After shopping, we headed to Yatai Asian Cuisine, our restaurant of choice for the night. We chose Yatai because of its beautiful overlooking view of Manila Bay. The open-air ambiance, paired with the sunset, gave us that true island dining experience. What we love most is that they offer “paluto,” so you can have your freshly bought seafood cooked exactly how you want it.

Now let’s talk about the food — because everything we ordered is a must-try.

The Pusit Adobo was tender and flavorful, while the Calamares was perfectly crispy. The Salmon Belly sa Miso was rich and comforting, balanced by the homey taste of Tortang Talong. We also enjoyed the classic vegetables like Chopseuy and Pork Pakbet, which complemented all the seafood dishes.

For noodles, the Canton Seafood was generously loaded. The Sweet and Sour Pampano was fresh and perfectly cooked, and the Sugpo and Tempura were absolute crowd favorites. We also had refreshing Lato Salad, plus buttery Scallops and juicy Crab that completed our feast.

Dining at Seascape Village reminded me that sometimes, you don’t need to leave the city to feel like you’re on vacation. For families celebrating milestones, barkadas planning reunions, or anyone craving good food with a seaside vibe — this place brings together music, activities, fresh seafood, and unforgettable sunsets.

It’s not just a dinner spot. It’s an experience. And honestly, it’s so good to be back.
