Forest Lake Development Inc., the Philippines’ leading memorial park developer with Total Memorial Care, reached a major milestone in 2025 after posting a record-breaking ₱5.5 billion in sales production—the highest in its nearly 30-year history and a 45% increase from ₱3.8 billion in 2024.
Built on decades of trust, strategic investments, operational excellence, innovation, and compassionate service, Forest Lake’s record performance reflects the growing demand for accessible and comprehensive memorial care solutions across the country.
Beyond its financial achievements, the company remains committed to creating “A Better Place” for Filipino families by expanding its Total Memorial Care services and making quality memorial solutions more accessible nationwide.
“2025 was a landmark year for Forest Lake. Our record-breaking ₱5.5 billion sales production, combined with strong revenue and profit growth, reflects the trust that Filipino families continue to place in our brand and the dedication of our people,” said Alfred Xerez-Burgos III, President and CEO of Forest Lake Development Inc.
The company’s strong sales translated into equally impressive financial results. Total revenue increased by 20% to ₱3.26 billion from ₱2.72 billion in 2024, continuing its average annual revenue growth of around 20% since 2020. Net income before tax also rose 20% to ₱789 million, while total equity climbed to ₱2.66 billion from ₱1.90 billion. Cash and cash equivalents surged by 121%, strengthening the company’s financial flexibility, while ₱3.55 billion in land and development assets underscores its long-term expansion plans.
“The strength of our financial performance enables us to continue investing in expansion, innovation, and Total Memorial Care services that address the evolving needs of the families we serve,” Xerez-Burgos III added.
Supporting its continued growth, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved Forest Lake’s increase in authorized capital stock from ₱1 billion to ₱4 billion. This will support new memorial park developments, expanded memorial chapels and Total Memorial Care facilities, technology investments, and customer-focused innovations.
Chairman Alfred Xerez-Burgos Jr. said, “Forest Lake’s continued growth demonstrates the resilience of our business model and the enduring trust of our customers. Our strong financial foundation positions us well for the next phase of expansion.” He added that the company’s 2025 milestones reflect its continued commitment to creating long-term value for families, communities, employees, and stakeholders.
Beyond its financial success, Forest Lake continues to evolve from the country’s leading memorial park developer into a comprehensive Total Memorial Care provider. Its growing portfolio includes memorial parks, memorial chapels, cremation services, columbarium developments, interment services, Libre Burol/Libre Haya, and Libing Anywhere.
Today, Forest Lake operates 42 memorial parks nationwide and works with 41 accredited funeral home partners, allowing the company to deliver Total Memorial Care services to more families across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
