“At its core, Elias has always been about pushing boundaries while staying true to the craft,” said Raoul Masangcay, Founder and Head Brewer of Elias Wicked Ales & Spirits. “This collaboration allows us to introduce more people not just to locally crafted beer, but to a wider range of beverages, from ciders and mead to cocktails and other hard options, in a setting that feels approachable and easy to enjoy. Seeing guests rediscover Apartment 1B classics alongside a cold craft pint has been a highlight of this inaugural year.
