CC7 Helping the Community and Laro77 once again demonstrated the spirit of bayanihan by conducting a relief mission for families affected by the recent earthquake in Purok Tambler Diamond, Barangay Calumpang, General Santos City.
More than ₱1.5 million worth of relief assistance was distributed to over 3,000 families and individuals as they continue to recover from the disaster.
The relief operation provided essential supplies, including rice, food packs, drinking water, and other basic necessities. Before the distribution, volunteers, donors, supporters, and community members worked side by side to repack thousands of relief goods, showcasing unity and cooperation throughout the mission.

Volunteers from CC7 and Laro77 also shared that they were deeply inspired by the warm welcome they received from the residents of Barangay Calumpang. Despite facing the challenges brought about by the earthquake, members of the community willingly offered their time and effort to help ensure the smooth and orderly distribution of assistance.
Beyond the relief goods, the mission also delivered a message of hope and solidarity to affected families. Many residents expressed their gratitude for the timely support, emphasizing that the presence of people willing to help gave them renewed strength as they rebuild their lives.
According to the organizers, while no amount of aid can completely erase the damage caused by the earthquake, the relief mission served as a reminder that communities can recover through compassion, cooperation, and collective action. The initiative ultimately highlighted the enduring Filipino spirit of bayanihan in times of crisis.
