Nolte Küchen, Germany’s most popular kitchen brand, re-establishes its presence in the Philippine high-end kitchen market with a focus on functional design that prioritizes everyday livability.

The renowned brand recently opened its new flagship showroom in 7646 Guijo Street, San Antonio Village, Makati, where it showcases modular kitchen systems that blend German engineering with contemporary Filipino lifestyle needs. Aside from fully functional kitchen displays, the showroom features interactive demonstrations, allowing customers to experience the brand’s precision engineering firsthand

The Nolte showroom in Makati features several working setups where customers can see and
test the brand’s kitchen and storage solutions for themselves.

Founded in 1958 in Löhne, Germany, Nolte specializes in personalized kitchen solutions that adapt to individual lifestyles, from custom storage for specific cookware collections to layouts designed around family routines and entertaining preferences. Homeowners, interior designers, and property developers can also avail of professional design consultation services on-site.

Josh Patrick Cua, President and Managing Director of Kassi Distributors, Inc. (KDI), Nolte’s official partner in the Philippines, emphasized the brand’s philosophy of maximum functionality paired with aesthetic appeal.

“By bringing Nolte Küchen here to the Philippines, we aim to serve discerning homeowners who are looking for higher-end kitchen designs, but still place a premium on function and livability. These are clients who want kitchens that look beautiful and work perfectly for how they actually live and cook,” noted Cua, who also served as architect and designer for the new Makati showroom.

This philosophy resonates with local design professionals. Carol Peña, interior designer and Dean of Academic Affairs at the Philippine School of Interior Design, recently completed a residential project using a Nolte Kitchen. “When you design something, it’s always ‘form follows function’—no matter how beautiful your kitchen is, if it’s not functional, it doesn’t make sense,” Peña explained.

This residential project by Carol Peña features a Nolte kitchen designed for maximum
functionality in an open-plan space while maintaining a clean, minimalist aesthetic.

The project featured Nolte’s MatrixArt handleless cabinets with integrated lighting and the Glas Tec Satin finish that seamlessly blended the kitchen with the home’s overall design, while custom storage compartments were tailored to the family’s specific cooking and dining habits.

“Working with Nolte allowed us to create a kitchen that’s not only visually striking but also delivers the high quality and everyday functionality that modern families need,” she added.

Nolte Küchen built its reputation on a simple belief: the best kitchens combine thoughtful design with reliable craftsmanship. Their “Living in the Kitchen” philosophy aligns with how modern Filipino families use their kitchen spaces as the heart of daily life, where cooking, dining, and socializing naturally converge.

The brand maintains rigorous quality standards throughout its manufacturing process in Germany, using sustainably sourced wood certified by FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification), with climate-neutral manufacturing processes.

Additionally, Nolte has earned prestigious certifications, including the “Golden M” mark for safety and environmental protection, and the “Furniture Made in Germany” recognition for its quality and durability.

To book an on-site or virtual design consultation, contact Nolte Küchen Philippines through their social media channels or visit the showroom directly.
