  1. Concerned Customer on September 4, 2025 12:44 am

I’ve been a loyal Maya Easy Credit customer for a long time. I always pay on time, sometimes even in advance, because I believed it would be worth it. But when I needed something as small as a 3-day extension, they completely declined my request. No flexibility, no consideration, nothing.

Their customer service is poor — very robotic, no real concern for loyal or advance-paying customers. They claim to provide “help” and “benefits,” but in reality, they don’t offer anything meaningful even to their best customers.

Honestly, GCash is much better than Maya. GCash at least gives clear rewards, perks, and better customer treatment. With Maya, even if you’re a responsible, advance-paying user, you’ll be treated the same as someone who just signed up yesterday.

It’s very disappointing. I thought loyalty and responsible payment would matter, but Maya Easy Credit proved that they don’t value their customers at all. If you’re considering which service to use, my advice: go with GCash — not Maya.
