Korean-American entertainer, singer-songwriter, and actor Eric Nam released his new single, “Don’t Leave Yet” on August 11, 2023. The track was written by Eric Nam, Rabitt (Jason Yik Nam Wu), Boy Matthews, and Christina Galligan.

A true multi-hyphenate, Eric was involved in the screenwriting and creative direction of the music video. Produced alongside creative team 37th Degree (BTS, NewJeans) and choreographed by world-class choreographer Kyle Hanagami (BLACKPINK, CNCO, Justin Bieber), the video is set at a decadent dinner party complete with lavish food and glamorous guests, yet Eric is disconnected from the party happening around him.

“‘Don’t Leave Yet’ is my take on a dance song,” Nam shares. “I wanted to flip the typical dance song on its head and thought about those situations where you or your friend don’t want to go home and stay out dancing instead. Maybe you want to get your mind off things in your life, and this song is saying – we can just dance it all out and stay here as long as you’d like. I’d like to think it’s my version of an uplifting “I’m there for you” kind of moment, but in a fun dance song.”

“Don’t Leave Yet” follows the release of lead single “House on a Hill,” the title track from Eric’s forthcoming album. Last month, Nam enlisted Em Beihold for a special new version of “House on a Hill”. “House on a Hill” was met with critical praise upon release and was included on ROLLING STONE’s “Songs You Need To Know” list.

Eric’s highly anticipated new album, House on a Hill, will be released on September 8th. The album will include collaborations with UK-based artists, HONNE & Oh Wonder, and longtime collaborator & producer, Rabitt, musically supervising the album. House on a Hill is available for pre-order or pre-save here.

Following the album release this fall, Eric will embark on his House on a Hill World Tour which spans over 80 shows across North America, Latin America, the UK, Europe and Australia / New Zealand. Tickets for the North American, Latin America, UK and Europe legs are on sale now. See below for full tour routing and for additional information, please visit ericnam.com.
