Nissan Sucat Zentrum Topping Off Ceremony

Lica Management, Inc. recently held the topping-off ceremony of its new 8-storey building located along Dr. A. Santos Avenue, (former Sucat Road), BF Homes, Parañaque City. Nissan Sucat Zentrum will be opening an estimated 10,405 square meters of office and commercial spaces in Parañaque by the first quarter of Year 2018. Equipped with the requisites for BPO locators, the Nissan Sucat Zentrum is offering modern and functional spaces to world class call centers. Its prime location is, likewise, ideal for retail businesses.

This development includes two levels of flexible retail spaces and six levels of office spaces. It has around 57 car parking slots and 38 motorcycle slots. It efficiently provides four elevators, 100 percent backup power and energy to support 24/7 business operations. PEZA registration is ongoing.

It also houses the world’s first Global Nissan Dealership, Nissan Sucat, a member of the Lica Auto Group, the largest, multi-awarded and synergistic group of automotive retail and service companies in the country.

Felix K. Limcaoco III and Josephine K. Limcaoco, Managing Directors of Lica Management, Inc. (center), headed the topping-off ceremony with optimistic hopes that the Nissan Sucat Zentrum would open vast opportunities for BPO locators and increase further the value Parañaque City has earned from its continuous progress. Also present for Lica Management, Inc. were Jonas O. Senia (General Manager), heads and teams of Leasing, Marketing, and the Lica Engineering and Design Group (LEAD).
