Universal Records Philippines recently signed Kapuso heartthrob Alden Richards to release his very first recording album.
Alden Richards (born Richard Faulkerson, Jr.) hails from Sta. Rosa, Laguna. The 21-year-old actor is signed under GMA Network, and is best known for his TV roles in Alakdana and Tween Hearts, My Beloved, and in movies like Twin Hearts: Class of 2012, Ang Panday 2, Si Agimat, Si Enteng at si Ako, Sossy Problems, and his breakthrough movie, The Road.
Alden Richards is currently active as a weekly performer of Party Pilipinas and is part of the new teleserye “Indio” where he portrayed Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. character as the as the young Malaya.
Alden Richards received the 1st Filipino Amazing Male Newcomer in the first Yahoo! OMG! Philippines Awards last 2011 and have also won Best New Actor in the Golden Screen Awards.
