“You really have to value the people around you… That’s what I see in her, how she reaches out to her ambassadors. Even though she is the owner, she is the one humbling herself to share lighthearted moments with us,” Alex shared.

“With Ate [Rhea], we saw how she loves everyone, from the very bottom to the top,” Sunshine said [01:58]. “That is what I tell my kids now. Sometimes I make them work at our restaurant, clearing tables… because for me, you need to start from the bottom to appreciate things. If you find success later, you will appreciate everyone because you know the hard work. That’s what I saw in her—she loves all her staff and makes everyone feel important.
