Community living in Lipa has reached a vibrant new milestone. R Land recently marked a significant breakthrough with the official launch, blessing, and ribbon-cutting of the Arcoe Centre Clubhouse and Wellness Hub, the centerpiece of its premier development, Arcoe Residences.
The event gathered valued homeowners, dedicated real estate broker partners, local government representatives, and members of the media to celebrate a space meticulously designed to foster togetherness, relaxation, and active living.
Redefining the Feeling of Home
The celebration kicked off with warm remarks emphasizing that the newly opened facility represents far more than just brick and mortar. It stands as a physical manifestation of R Land’s dedication to building thriving, interconnected environments.
“Today marks more than the opening of a clubhouse; it represents another milestone in our commitment to create a thriving, vibrant, and welcoming community here in Lipa City,” said.
“When we first envisioned this community in Lipa, we asked ourselves one question: What does a truly great neighborhood feel like? And it feels like belonging. It feels like knowing that beyond your front door, there’s a place where your family can gather, celebrate, rest, and thrive together,” added.
The Arcoe Centre was intentionally developed to enrich the everyday lives of its residents. Whether hosting family milestones in the spacious function hall, watching children enjoy the beautifully curated swimming pool, or simply enjoying quiet moments with neighbors, the hub provides a backdrop for lasting memories.
“The Arcoe Centre stands as a symbol of our belief that wellness is not only about beautiful spaces and quality amenities; it’s about togetherness, belonging, and shared experiences in the community.”
A Modern Take on the Tropical Bahay Kubo
Architecturally, the clubhouse breaks away from traditional, imposing designs, opting instead for a concept that feels deeply rooted in Filipino culture while maintaining a sleek, contemporary edge. Spearheaded by Architect Patrick, the design seamlessly echoes the surrounding landscape.
“Our goal was not really to build a grand and elegant clubhouse; rather, we wanted something that is unique yet familiar, and something modest yet unmistakably identifiable,” said.
“The Arcoe Centre’s design actually takes its cue from the name Arcoe itself—the idea of an ark, which represents welcome and signifies openness. That inspired us to create a clubhouse that resembles a house in the prairie, or just what our CFO said, a somewhat modern bahay kubo sitting right in the middle of the fields.”
By carrying over a tropical, mid-century ethos featuring clean lines and warm earth tones, the structure acts as an organic extension of every resident’s private property.
“We envisioned a clubhouse that connects itself with each resident, becoming an extension of their living room, where the open field and the swimming pool feel like a natural extension of their backyard,” said. “It’s a sanctuary where every resident can feel a true sense of ownership, because we truly believe that togetherness is where real wellness starts.”
Open to the Wider Lipa Community
In a wonderful gesture of hospitality, R Land emphasized that the Arcoe Centre is not an exclusive enclave, but a welcoming venue intended to serve the broader Lipa community as a premier destination for gatherings and celebrations.
“We want to offer this venue to you—not just for the residents, but for everybody here in Lipa. If you think that you find this place as a perfect venue for you to have your celebrations, please feel free to contact our team,” added.
The grand opening concluded on a high, energetic note with the unveiling of the community’s brand-new pickleball court. To celebrate the rollout, US-accredited pickleball coaches and a gold-medalist instructor hosted free lessons and open-play sessions for attendees, cementing the Arcoe Centre’s status as Lipa’s newest destination for wellness, sport, and vibrant community spirit.
