NU Bulldogs of the Philippines emerged as Grand Champions at the OPPO Hyper Legend Cup x MLBB Campus Series, taking home a share of the USD 100,000 prize pool following a high-pressure Grand Finals win over Malaysia’s KPTM x Velocity.

Up against eight of Southeast Asia’s strongest collegiate teams, the Bulldogs secured their victory through disciplined structure and patient gameplay, choosing to maintain map control and wait for the right openings rather than forcing plays. While early matches tested their pacing, the squad’s composure carried them into the Grand Finals, where they took full control by dictating the tempo with sharper team fights and more decisive objective takes. Their victory further reinforces Philippines continued rise and growing dominance in the MLBB competitive scene.

Chloe Zeng, IMC Manager of OPPO, said: “Congratulations to NU Bulldogs for their outstanding performance and well-earned victory. The OPPO Hyper Legend Cup x MLBB Campus Series reflects OPPO’s continued commitment to empowering the next generation of esports talent across Southeast Asia through meaningful competitive platforms. The strong response to this year’s tournament underscores the power of gaming to connect communities, and in partnership with MOONTON Games, we are proud to continue shaping opportunities for the MLBB community across the region.”

Performance powered by the OPPO Reno15 Series

The tournament was played on the OPPO Reno15 Series, the official device of the OPPO Hyper Legend Cup x MLBB Campus Series. Designed for high-pressure competition, the device provided the stability needed for long match days.

The 120FPS display kept gameplay fluid during intense team fights, while the VC Cooling System maintained stable performance across extended series. The 6,500mAh battery and 80W SUPERVOOC charging supported use in consecutive games with no downtime, whileAI LinkBoost 3.0 ensured stable connectivity during critical late-game moments, allowing the Bulldogs to remain entirely focused on execution.
