Chef Franz’s victory crowned him as the La Carne Steak Champion 2024, showcasing his remarkable skills and expertise.
The La Carne steak showdown, a key highlight of the Cebu Food and Wine Festival, featured two rounds of intense steak cooking with six participants, including junior chefs from local hotels, restaurants, and culinary schools. Chef Franz’s culinary flair and passion for his craft earned him the top spot, making Belmont Hotel Mactan immensely proud.
